A sample answer

Tell me about a difficult customer.

A customer called, upset that a delivery had gone missing for the second time. I let them explain, apologised and checked the tracking while they stayed on the line. I arranged a new delivery the next day and a refund of the shipping. I called the following day to confirm. They later left a positive review.

A made-up example to show the structure. Use your own experience and real numbers.
