About Ghostpilot

Ghostpilot is a real-time AI copilot for job interviews and calls. It listens to the conversation, spots each question and shows a suggested answer, written from your CV and the job description, in a private overlay on your computer.

What it does

• During the call: live transcription, question detection and streamed answers; coding help from a screenshot; meeting notes when the call ends.
• Before the call: mock interviews with scores and feedback, a question bank from your CV and the job, CV checks, cover letters and a job tracker in the web dashboard.
• Where: a native macOS app (macOS 14.2 or later), the web dashboard and a VS Code extension and a Chrome extension. Windows and mobile are on the roadmap.

How it is built

• Private by default. Transcription runs on your Mac unless you switch on cloud transcription. Call audio is never stored.
• Hosted in the EU. The dashboard and API run on servers in Germany; cloud speech recognition uses an EU region.
• Your data stays yours. You can see and delete your documents, sessions and whole account from the dashboard at any time. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Responsible use

Ghostpilot is built for conversations where AI help is allowed: practice, mock interviews, meetings, sales and support calls, learning. If an employer, school or exam doesn't permit assistants, respect that. See the Terms of Service.
