- **Full coding support.** Press ⌘⇧X to capture the problem on screen, or select an area. Ghostpilot gives the approach, working code, complexity and edge cases. ## Private by design

1. **Hidden from screen share.** The overlay is excluded from screen capture.
2. **No Dock icon.** It runs as a menu-bar app.
3. **Disguise mode.** Hide the menu-bar icon and remove the name and logo from every window.
4. **Built-in stealth test.** See what a screen-share viewer would see before your call starts.
5. **Audio never stored.** Audio is processed live and discarded. Transcripts stay on your Mac unless you save them.

Screen-share hiding depends on the macOS version and the app capturing the screen, so test it before an important call.

Prices include VAT. The Pass and credits never renew, and Pro can be cancelled from the dashboard at any time. Anything unused is refunded within 14 days ([refund policy](https://ghostpilotai.tech/refund.html)).

- **Free, €0:** 2 live sessions a month (30 min each), 3 mock interviews a month, on-device transcription plus 1 h cloud, screen-share hiding and stealth test, resume builder with PDF export, CV check, question bank, cover letters.
- **Interview Pass, €19 for 7 days:** unlimited live sessions and mock interviews, 5 h cloud transcription, the premium model for coding and system design. Charged once, never renews.
- **Pro, €39 a month or €199 a year:** unlimited live sessions and mock interviews, 15 h cloud transcription a month, the premium model. Cancel any time.
- **Session credits:** 1 for €4.90, 5 for €19.90, 12 for €39.90. One credit = one live call (up to 60 min) or one mock interview. Credits don't expire.

## FAQ

**What if my mind goes blank mid-interview?** That's the moment Ghostpilot is for. It picks up the interviewer's question as soon as they finish and shows a short answer from your own CV within seconds, so your first point is ready. Keep answers short and in bullets, and press ⌘↵ to ask for one at any time.

**Will it react to small talk or filler words?** No. Ghostpilot answers the interviewer's questions, not small talk or fillers like “mm-hm”, and it waits until they've finished speaking (about half a second of silence) before it answers.

**Can I try it before paying, and get a refund?** Yes. The free plan includes 2 real live sessions and 3 mock interviews a month, so you can test it on a practice call first. The Pass and credits are charged once and never renew. Anything unused is refunded within 14 days: email info@ghostpilotai.tech and a person replies.

**Which languages does Ghostpilot understand?** On-device transcription covers the languages your Mac's dictation supports, such as English, Italian, German, French and Spanish. Cloud transcription adds many more and detects the language automatically.

**Does it help with coding interviews and online tests?** Yes: a screenshot or area selection on the Mac, or the VS Code extension for code you select. In Chrome, the Ghostpilot extension reads the problem on the page and answers in a side panel.

**Will the other people on the call see it?** The overlay is excluded from screen capture and has no Dock icon. Hiding depends on the macOS version and the capturing app, so use the built-in stealth test.

**Is my audio recorded or stored?** No. Audio is processed live and thrown away. With cloud transcription, the other side's audio passes through our relay to a speech service in the EU and isn't stored.

**Which Macs are supported?** macOS 14.2 Sonoma or later, on Apple Silicon and Intel.
